18 years of experience in the field of information technology with a diverse background in both private and public sectors, with extensive experience in software design, project management, and release management, as well as business process improvement.

Jennifer received an M.S. in Management and Systems from New York University, and a B.A. in English, concentrating in Technical Writing from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. She also holds a two-year professional certification in Systems Analysis and Design from Columbia University.
